existing patent reservations, easements, right of ways, protective and restrictive
covenants, zoning ordinances and applicable building codes, laws and
regulations.
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements, water and ditch rights, easements, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
