KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That.
James W. Rowan, Trustee of the
James W. Rowan Trust dated October 12, 1999
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00 /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

whose address is 720 Willowbrooke Road, Boulder, CO 80302, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
Lot 107 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended 14 Filing identical with
Lot 90 and Lot 91 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended 9 filing,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as shown of that plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County with Instrument No. 955576.
And hereby releasing that portion of Lot 107 subject to the Wind Sock Condominiums
Declaration of Condominium Ownership and Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and
Conditions recorded in Book 690PR on page 88 of the records of the Clerk of Lincoln
County.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
