THIS INDENTURE is made the 1 7 day of O e
2010, by and between Michael M. Krall as Personal
Representative of the Estate of Joseph W. Krall, a /k /a Joe
W. Krall, Grantor, and D.J.'s Holdings, Inc. a Wyoming
Corporation, Grantee, whose address is: 3700 Hwy 374, Green
River, WY 82935;
That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby
convey unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot,
piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described
as:
Parcel 1
A part of Lot "A" of Block 13 of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot "A"
of said Block 13;
thence Easterly a distance of 50 feet;
thence Southerly parallel to the alley a distance of
125 feet;
thence Westerly a distance of 50 feet to the said
alley;
thence along said alley Northerly a distance of 125
feet to the Emerald Street the point of beginning

A portion of Lot A of Block 13 of the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot A of said
Block 13 and running thence N63 °26'E, along the
southerly line of Emerald Street, 50.00 feet to the
point of beginning;
Thence N63 °26'E, 76.42 feet;
Thence along the arc of curve to the right a distance
of 14.47 feet through a central angle of 82 °54'05
the radius of said curve being 10.00 feet and the
bearing of the chord being S75 °06'58 "E;
