KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Janice F. Hyde, does hereby certify that
mortgage bearing the date of September 19, 2007 made and executed by Jerry Gregersen,
M K Prpoerties, LLC, and Venture Holdings, LLC, as mortgagor(s) to Kevin D. and
Janice F. Hyde Family Trust, dated June 21, 2001 as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $541,250.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register
of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 18, 2007 in Book 675PR,
Page 901 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
