thence North 88 °56'06" West, along a line parallel with the Northerly line of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6,165.75 feet to a point, said point being on
the Westerly line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence North O1 °03'59" East, along the Westerly line of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 6, 351.59 feet to a point, being the Point of Beginning.
