This real estate mortgage release (this "deed is made as of the 10 day of December, 2010, by US Bank
National Association "Grantor) having a mailing address of 1850 Osborn Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54902.
WITNESSETH:
Whereas, Bank is the current holder of the promissory note(s) or other instruments of indebtedness
described in and secured by that certain deed of trust dated 6 day of February, 2009, executed by Peter S
Guggenheim and Susan G Guggenheim, husband and wife (Grantee) having an address of 9 Sylvan Lane, Cincinnati,
OH 45215 and in favor of the trustee named therein for the benefit of Bank (the "deed of trust which deed of
trust is recorded in Book 716 Page 659 Document 945663 or real estate records for the County of Lincoln,
Wyoming, and covers the real estate located in said county and described as follows:
Lot 2 of Misty Meadown Estates subdivision within the east 1/2 of section 22, township 36 north, range 119
west, as said subdivision is laid down and platted in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming
This property may be commonly referred to as: 106 Misty Meadow Lane, Etna, WY 83118
Whereas, the present owner of said property has not fully satisfied the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
Trust or Grantor has otherwise agreed to release the Deed of Trust;
Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing, Grantor does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND QUIT-
CLAIM unto the said present owner all right, title and interest in and to said property, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD.
In witness whereof, Grantor has caused this Deed to be executed by its duly authorized officer as of the day
and year first written above.
