undivided 50% tenancy -in- common interest and JUDITH D. OHLMANN Trustee of the JUDITH D.
OHLMANN REVOCABLE TRUST under agreement dated January 21, 2009, for the benefit of
JUDITH D. OHLMANN and her heirs, an undivided 50% tenancy -in- common interest,
GRANTEE(S), whose address is P.O. Box 4477, Bedford, WY 83112 for the sum of Ten Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot 1 of DRY CANYON ESTATES,AMENDED, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the official plat
thereof filed June 27, 2008, as Receiving No. 940125, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
