THIS INDENTURE, made the 2M day of 2010, by and
between KURT TOMTEN, the party of the first part, and TAMARA TOMTEN, the party of
the second part;
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00), lawful money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released
and forever quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and forever quitclaim, unto
the said party of the second part, and to her heirs and assigns, all right, title and interest he may
have in and to that certain real property commonly known as 1508 9 West, Kemmerer,
Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 1 of 9 West Ave. City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described in Plot No. 794006 on March 1, 2005.
TOGETHER with any and all buildings and improvements situate
thereon.
TOGETHER with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof.
SUBJECT to any and all exceptions, reservations, restrictions,
restrictive covenants, assessments, easements, rights and rights of
way of record.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part, as their sole and separate property, and to their heirs and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first party has hereunto set her hand the
day and year first above written.
