Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 3,
2010 and executed by BRIAN ANDREW BRISKO AND MIRANDA LINFORD BRISKO
HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS TENANTS OF AN ESTATE BY THE ENTIRETIES WITH
FULL RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON, to The Bank
of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described
as security for the payment of $230,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 11
day of May,2010 in book 178 of Mortgages, at Page 735 as document #348670 and pertaining
to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed bits President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 22 day of
