KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that: Adam D. West and Valetta A.
West, Husband and Wife, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 5003, Etna, WY 83118; and for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby convey and warrant unto Dale Justin (DJ)
West, a single man, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 5003, Etna, WY 83118; an undivided
one quarter (1/4) tenancy -in- common interest of Grantors remaining three- quarter (3/4) right,
title and interest in the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That real estate described on the attached Exhibit A entitled "DESCRIPTION FOR
ADAM D. WEST AND VALETTA A. WEST DALE JUSTIN TRACT" (Property)
2010 Deed
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto appertaining.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights -of -way of sight and /or of record.
Upon the filing of this Warranty Deed, Adam D. West and Valetta A. West, Husband and
Wife shall, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, own a one -half (1/2) interest in the
Property.
Dale Justin (DJ) West, a single man, shall own a one -half (1/2) interest in the Property
The ownerships interests between 1) Adam D. West and Valetta A. West and 2) Dale
Justin West, shall be as tenants in common.

That part of the NE' /4SW /4 of Section 27, T36N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 460 of
Photostatic Records on page 531, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest comer of said NE /4SW
thence N00 13' -20 "W, 200.00 feet, along the west line of said NEl /4SW /4, to a spike;
thence N89 54' -33 "E, 326.70 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
NE%4SW /4, to a point;
thence S00 13' -20 "E, 200.00 feet, along a line parallel with the west line of said
NEl /4SW to a point on said south line;
thence S89 54' -33 "W, 326.70 feet, along said south line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 1.50 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the NE'/4SW /4 of Section 27, T36N
R119W, being S00°-18'-57"E;
SUBJECT TO a thirty (30) foot access easement over and across the south thirty (30) feet
of the above described Dale Justin Tract; AND
SUBJECT TO an easement for Roberts- Wolfley County Road No. 12 -109;
each "corner" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate
details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike, referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD
AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "ADAM D. WEST AND VALETTA A. WEST PLAT OF FAMILY
EXEMPT TRACTS WITHIN THE NE1 /4SW1 /4 SECTION 27 T36N R119W LINCOLN
