West, Husband and Wife, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 5003, Etna, WY 83118; and for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby convey and warrant unto Dale Justin (DJ) West, a single man, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 5003, Etna, WY 83118; an undivided one quarter (1/4) tenancy -in- common interest of Grantors remaining three- quarter (3/4) right, title and interest in the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: That real estate described on the attached Exhibit A entitled "DESCRIPTION FOR ADAM D. WEST AND VALETTA A. WEST DALE JUSTIN TRACT" (Property) 2010 Deed Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto appertaining. Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights -of -way of sight and /or of record. Upon the filing of this Warranty Deed, Adam D. West and Valetta A. West, Husband and Wife shall, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, own a one -half (1/2) interest in the Property. Dale Justin (DJ) West, a single man, shall own a one -half (1/2) interest in the Property The ownerships interests between 1) Adam D. West and Valetta A.
