For the consideration of Ten dollars and other good and valuable considerations I or we,
Garold L. Jensen and Mary Lou Jensen, Trustees of the Jensen Family Trust, dated the 28th day

do /does hereby convey to Patricia Lin and David E. Doty as joint tenants with right of survivors-
hip and not as tenants in common, as to an undivided one fifth interest; Craig Lloyd and Susan
Jensen as joint tenants with right of survivor -ship and not as tenants in common, as to an
undivided one -fifth interest; Lori Ann and James Christian Biesinger 2 as joint tenants with
right of survivor -ship and not as tenants in common, as to an undivided one -fifth interest;
Christine and Jason Reed as joint tenants with right of survivor -ship and not as tenants in
common, as to an undivided one fifth interest; David Garold and Megan Jensen as joint tenants
with right of survivor -ship and not as tenants in common as to an undivided one -fifth interest

Described as: BEGINNING at a point which is 115 1/2 feet south from the Northwest Corner of Block
25 in the Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming Townsite and running thence, East 132 feet: thence, South
90 feet: thence, West 132 feet: thence, North 90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Together with
all improvements and water rights and appurtenances belonging or is anywise appertaining thereto.
