WHEREAS, Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson established the Alvin L. Robinson
and Alice L. Robinson Family Trust under agreement dated April 10, 1997, wherein Alvin L.
Robinson and Alice L. Robinson are the Settlors and Trustees, and
WHEREAS, the Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson Family Trust provides in
Article 4 thereof that the Trustee shall have the power to sell, transfer or convey any property
held in the Trust;
NOW, THEREFORE, Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson, Trustees of the Alvin
L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson Family Trust under agreement dated April 10, 1997,
Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10) and other valuable
consideration to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, do, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto Robinson Narrows, LLC, a Wyoming close
limited liability company, whose address is 7121 Bitter Creek Road, Afton Wyoming 83110,
Grantee, all of said Grantors' right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
Together with the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the above mentioned and described
property, together with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, its successors and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Trustees of the aforesaid Trust, have hereunto set their
hand and seal the day and year first above written.
