BROOKS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $118,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 31s day of May,2007 in book 660 of Mortgages, at Page 74 as document #929885 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
