WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured to be paid by the Mortgage executed by
John D. Caldwell, aka Jon Caldwell, and Marsha L. Caldwell, aka Marsha Caldwell,
Husband and wife, as Tenants by the Entireties, as Mortgagor, dated June 18, 2008, and
Recorded July 18, 2008 in the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming. In Book 700,
Page 305, has been satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE,
As Lender, does hereby GRANT and RECONVEY unto THE PARTIES ENTITLED
THERETO, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the said Lender,
Under said Mortgage, in the lands therein described, situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, reference being hereby specifically made to said Mortgage
and the record thereof for a particular description of said lands.
