HomeMy WebLinkAbout9574566011019608 RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of JULY 28, 2010 and executed by CHET ERICKSON AND BETHANY ERICKSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $350,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 30 day of JULY, 2010 in book 751 of Mortgages, at Page 335 as document #954634 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE" /L Or -76,1/o7-02- 0©0849 The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
