That I am of adult age, a resident of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and the Affiant herein. 2. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer, Wyoming in Book 434PR on page 796 is recorded a Quit Claim Deed. The Quit Claim Deed, dated the 3rd day of June, 1999, conveys unto Austin Herbert Merritt and Dorthy Merritt Trustees for the Austin and Dorthy Merritt Family Trust dated May 3, 1981; and, amended and restated in full on June 3, 1999 the following described property, to -wit: 3.
