of the first part, and Michael D. Kohout and Beverly
husband and wife, parties of the second part E. Kohout,
Witnesseth: That the party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other
good and valuable considerations, to the said party of the first
part in hand paid by parties of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns, forever, the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 4 to the Original Townsite
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Block 4, thence
N 26 °34' W, along the westerly boundary of said Block 4, 70.00
feet;
thence N 63 26' E, 46.67 feet;
thence S 26 34' E, 70.00 feet to a point on the southerly
boundary of said Block 4;
thence S 63 °26' W, along the southerly boundary of said Block
4, 46.67 feet to the point of beginning
ALSO KNOWN AS: 421 Emerald Street, Kemmerer, wY 83101
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining;
and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand
whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law
or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with
the hereditaments and appurtenances.
To Have And To Hold the said premises above bargained and
described with the appurtenances unto Michael D. Kohout and
Beverly E. Kohout, husband and wife, the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, easements, conditions
and rights appearing of record; and Subject to any state of
facts an accurate survey would show.
In Witness Whereof the undersigned has set his /her hand for
and on behalf of Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A. as
Custodian or Trustee.
