COMMENCING at the south >4 corner of said section 1d;
thence S 89 °41'01" E, 25.30 feet along the South line of the SW to a 3/8 "x12" steel spike;
thence N 01°20.5' E, 194.00 feet to the southwcet corner of that tract of record in said Office in Book 182PR
on page 638;
thence continuing N 01°20.5' i3, 134.00 feet along the west linc of said tract of record in Book 182 to the
northwest corner of said tract of record in Book 182 identical with the CORNER OF BEGINNING:
thence continuing N 01°20.5' E, 100.00 feet to a point;
thence 5 89 °40.5' E, 150.00 feet to a point;
thence S 01 °20.5' W, 100.00 feet parallel to the west line to the northeast corner of said tract of record in
Book 182:
thence N 89 °40.5' W. 150,00 feet along the north line of said tract of record and parallel to the north line to
the CORNER OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Kris Lee aka Kristine Lee and Kevin Lee
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person in
my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but
they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
