N1✓.0 Comes now, Nelson Jack Hemmert, whose address is 3225 Harrison Ave., EtilikittitiiF.R, WYOMING 95501 being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm: That I am an Officer of the Corporation, owner and proprietor of real property shown on the Record of Survey Plat for Preston Ranches Incorporated, The Bureau of Land Management and The Salt River Hereford Ranch prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates, being a 30 -feet wide Right -of -Way Easement across a portion of that particular tract of land referred to and recorded on Deed No.516127 in Book 150PR, on Page 499 filed with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 8, 1978. That the Right -of -Way Easement across this property is with our free consent and desires. That the non exclusive access road and utilities right -of -way easement, as shown on said Plat, shall be granted to Howard W. and Gretchen Woods and their, successors and assigns and Preston Ranches and their successors and assigns, retaining the use by The Salt River Hereford Ranch and their, successors and assigns. That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released. That this Affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same affect as if the original Mylar Record of Parcel Division Plathad been signed.
