AFFIDAVIT
CERTIFICATE OF OWNER
Comes now, Roger L. Preston, whose address is 139 Strawberry Street, Bedford, Wy.
831 12, being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make the following
statement of facts and affirm:
That 1 am an owner and proprietor of real property shown on the Record of Survey Plat
for Preston Ranches Incorporated, The Bureau of Land Management and The Salt River
Hereford Ranch prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates, being a 30 -feet wide
Right -of -Way Easement across a portion of that particular tract of land referred to and
recorded on Deed No.526923 in Book 157PR, on Page 527 filed with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming on December 22, 1998.
That the Right -of -Way Easement across this property is with our free consent and desires.
That the non exclusive access road and utilities right -of -way easement, as shown on said
Plat, shall be granted to Howard W. and Gretchen Woods and their, successors and
assigns and The Salt River Hereford Ranch Inc. and their successors and assigns,
retaining the right of use by Preston Ranches Incorporated and their, successors and
assigns.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming are hereby released.
avit is signed in the stead Oland has the same affect as if the original
of Parcel Divi 'etrP1: ad been signed.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
