FOR A GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and
sufficzency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, M. Kim Hoffman,
do hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming zn regard to the
following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming:

I realize that my husband, David M. Hoffman, has applied
to Community First National Ban. k for a loan which shall encumber
said property, and I hereby acknowledge that Community First
National Bank has relied upon this release and waiver of
homestead rights zn making said loan.
