WHEREAS, nrique,.. as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Wells
Fargo Home Mortgage,' fnc.,, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated January 22, 2002 (the "Mortgage and
duly recorded in the records' of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and'for Lincarri- County, State of Wyoming, on January 25,
2002, at Reception N'b. 87h70 in Book 482rat Page 221.
The mortgage acid notesecured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wyoming Community Development Authority, acting under a power
of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell
the hereinafter described real property on August 24, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $68,036.13, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 24, 2010 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on August 24, 2010, at Reception No. 955093 in Book 752 at Page
540;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that 1, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Wyoming Community
Development Authority, whose address is P.O. Box 10100, Casper, WY 82602,
its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described
real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO
THAT PLAT OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
