convey and forever grant and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and
administrators, remise and forever grant unto the said

heirs and assigns, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as

laws of the State of Wyoming.

Hairs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoove forever. So that neither
we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any

these presents be excluded and forever barred.
