O. Box 51535, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83405 -1535, and Grantee's successors and assigns, all of the following described real property, to -wit: COUNTY OF Lot 128 of Nordic Ranches Division No. 9, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed October 4, 2000, Instrument No. 868754, Plat No. 312B. TOGETHER WITH an access easement for ingress and egress over the front thirty (30) feet of all lots included in all streets in Nordic Ranches, Divisions #4, #5, #6, #7, #8 and #9 as shown on the official plats thereof and all streets in Nordic Ranches Division #3 as shown on the official plat thereof recorded in the Lincoln County Recorder's office. SUBJECT TO a thirty (30) foot wide Private Roadway easement and utilities easement along the street frontage as shown on the official plat thereof as recorded in the Lincoln County Recorder's office. ALSO SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements, water and ditch rights, easements, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any reversion, remainder, rents, issues, and profits thereof. Grantor, for itselfand its successors and assigns, does hereby warrant and agree to forever defend the Grantee, and Grantee 's successors and assigns, in the quiet and peaceful possession of said premises against the lawful claims of any and all persons.
