Revocable Trust, Orson Mont Harmon and Loa Mae Harmon, Trustees, Grantors, of 1043
Hwy. 236 Route 1, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Chad Madsen, Grantee, whose address
is P.O. Box 22, Fairview, Wyoming 83119, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1 "74 Acres"
That property as more fully described on Exhibit "A-1", a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Parcel 2 "4 Acres"
That property as more fully described on Exhibit "A-1", a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING UNTO GRANTORS, Orson Mont Harmon
and Loa Mae Harmon, a life estate in and to the above described "Horne parcel"
for the life of both Grantors.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
