DOES HEREBY CERTIFY, that a certain Mortgage bearing the date of the 2
day of November, 2009, made, executed and delivered by Alpine Village Properties,
LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose address is 4802 Amber Valley
Parkway, Fargo, ND 58104, Mortgagor, to Cornerstone Bank, a Mortgage covering and
describing:
Lot 104, Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 amended -13 filing recorded on
October 9, 2009 as Document Number 949966 in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming
and which said Mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on the 16 day of November,
2009 and said Mortgage being recorded as Document #950536.
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION OF TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, Cornerstone Bank does hereby certify that real estate described therein is
fully released from said Mortgage.
The Corporation executing this instrument is the present holder of the above
described Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument was executed, signed and delivered by
the undersigned.
