1. That they are an owner of the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat
titled, "LAKE VIEW ESTATES 17TH ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE
IDENTICAL WITH LOT 208, LOT 209, LOT 210 AND LOT 211 OF LAKEVIEW
ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACTS A -F WITHIN THE SE1 /4 SECTION 29 T37N
R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 14 May 2009, as revised and recorded
concurrently herewith.
2. That they have reviewed said plat.
3. That they have read and understand the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and
the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original Mylar
of said plat had been signed.
