PURSUANT TO GENERAL CONTINUING LIEN
Pursuant to the General Continuing Lien provided for in Article IV, Section 1 of that certain
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Salt River Cove Development dated June
15, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 23, 2004, in Book 559 PR,
page 671 "the Declaration Salt River Cove Property Owners Association "the Association
hereby executes this Lien Statement for filing in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer,
Wyoming.
1. Name and address of the person claiming the lien:

2. Amount of claim: The present amount of the claim is $505.66. The amount may increase
as a result of accruing finance charges, expenses of collection including reasonable attorney fees,
and future assessments.
3. The name and address of the person against whose property the lien is filed:
Bergstrom Family Trust
PO Box 1044
Thayne, WY 83127
4. The name of the person against whom the lien claim is made: Bergstrom Family Trust.
5. Legal Description of the Property: The real property against which the lien is claimed is
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
Lot 20 of the Salt River Cove subdivision according the official plat thereof on
file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.

6. Foreclosure for Failure to Pay the Claim. Pursuant to the Declaration, this lien may be
foreclosed and the lot sold to pay the claim pursuant to W.S. 34 -4 -101 et seq.

authority of its Board of Directors; and said Gerald L. Goulding acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said corporation.
