Page 14 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk to reflect the Legal description of:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN AND STATE OF WYOMING, TO WIT:
UNIT 4, MOUNTAINVIEW TOWNHOMES ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED SEPTEMBER 23,
2003 IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, AS PLAT NO. 163 -C.
SUBJECT TO RESERVATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED IN THE UNITED
STATES PATENT AND TO EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY OF RECORD OR IN
USE.
TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THEREON.

The wrong Legal description was mistakenly attached to the Mortgage. The correct legal
description should read as follows:

LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED SEPTEMBER 23,
2003 IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, AS PLAT NO. 163 -C.
