1. That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to
the provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:

Tract 1: Beginning at a point which is the East Quarter Corner of Section 33, T34N,
R118W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence West 700 feet; thence in a
Northeasterly direction approximately 750 feet to the East edge of Section 33 and
approximately 285 feet North from the point of beginning; thence South approximately
285 feet to the point of beginning, together with appurtenances and water rights.
Tract 2: Beginning at the West Quarter Corner of Section 34, T34N, R118W, 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running N89 °09'06 "E 1048.84 feet; thence
S1 °49'14 "W 1313.30 feet; thence S89 °54'20 "W 988.13 feet to the West line of said
Section 34; thence N0 °49'57 "W, along last said West line 1298.81 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 30.524 acres of land, more or less.
Tract 3: NE1 /4SE1/4 of Section 33, T34N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming,
consisting of 40 acres of land, more or Tess.
Tract 4: NW1 /4SE1/4 of Section 33, T34N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming,
consisting of 40 acres of land, more or Tess.

Real property more particularly described in that certain warranty deed dated January
7, 1969, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 85 PR, page
550, to -wit:
Beginning at the N1/4 corner Section 34, T34N, R118W and running thence
N00 °12'W, 1320 feet; thence N89 °54'E, 1001.88 feet; thence S00 °04'E, 657.36 feet;
thence S89 °09'W, 526.02 feet; thence S00 °00'E, 988.68 feet; thence S89 °21'E,
129.36 feet; thence S00 °09'E, 25161.16 feet; thence N89 °22'W, 582.78 feet; thence
N00 °23'W, 2640 feet to beginning point containing 57.78 acres.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM real property more particularly described in that certain
quitclaim deed dated December 17, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 406 PR, page 420, to -wit:
A portion of the W1/2 of the SE1 /4 of Section 27, being also a portion of H.E.S. 170,
T34N, R118W, 6th P.M., East of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said W1/2SE1/4, said point being Corner
#2 of said H.E.S. 170 and the Northwest Corner of said H.E.S. 170; thence
S89 °58'25 "E, along the North line of said H.E.S. 170, 1003.72 feet to a Brass Cap
monument found marking Corner #3 of said H.E.S.; thence S0 °09'03 "W, along one of
the East lines of said H.E.S., 924.41 feet to a Brass Cap monument found marking
Corner #4 of said H.E.S.; thence S89 °09'W, along a South line of said H.E.S., 526.02
feet to an iron pipe set for Corner #5 of said H.E.S.; thence continuing S89 °09'W,
472.09 feet to a point in said Westerly line of said W1/2SE1/4; thence N0 °12'W, along
last said Westerly line, 939.69 feet to the point of beginning, containing 21.415 acres
of land. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning N00 °12'W, 1320 feet from the N1/4
Corner of Section 34, T34N, R118W, and running thence N00 °12'W, 266.64 feet;
thence N89 °54'E, 1001.88 feet; thence S00 °04'E, 266.64 feet; thence S89 °54'W,
1001.88 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.1 acres.
2. That the names of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated November 29, 2007,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 3, 2007, in Book 680, page
173, conveying the above described real property is hereby stated to be as follows: Harold F.
Bateman and Eva LaRue M. Bateman, Trustees of the Harold F. Bateman and Eva LaRue M.
Bateman Joint Living Trust dated October 3, 1989.
3. That her name and address is Eva LaRue M. Bateman, PO Box 4123, Bedford, WY
4. That she is a beneficiary of the trust referred to, that Harold F. Bateman became
deceased on June 18, 2009, that upon the death of Harold F. Bateman, she became the sole
surviving trustee under the Harold F. Bateman and Eva LaRue M. Bateman Joint Living Trust dated
October 3, 1989.
5. That as of June 18, 2009, the date of death of Harold F. Bateman, Eva LaRue M.
Bateman became the sole surviving trustee under the Harold F. Bateman and Eva LaRue M.
Bateman Joint Living Trust dated October 3, 1989, including its ownership of the real property
described above, and that she is currently lawfully serving in that capacity.
6. That she hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true and
correct according to her information and belief.
