KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Werner Lee Albrecht aka Lee Albrecht and
Peggy Jean Albrecht, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the
trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto
Werner Lee Albrecht and Peggy Jean Albrecht and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and
purposes set forth in the Lee and Peggy Albrecht Family Trust dated January 1, 2011, between
Grantors and Trustees, Werner Lee Albrecht and Peggy Jean Albrecht, beneficiaries, of PO Box
828, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they
have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of the NW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 458 PR on page 479, as more particularly described on the attached
"Description for Werner Lee Albrecht and Peggy Jean Albecht Parcel 1" which is
incorporated herein by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Werner Lee Albrecht aka Lee Albrecht and Peggy Jean Albrecht,
husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands as of the 31st day of January, 2011.

To -wit:
That part of the NW1/4SW%4 of Section 19, T32N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of
that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 458 of Photostatic Records
on page 479, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the S %2NW %4SW%4 of said Section 19;
thence S00°- 04' -53 "E, 330.33 feet, along the cast line of said S %2NW1/4SW1/4, to the southeast
comer of the N %2SY2NW' /4SW %4 of said Section 19;
thence N88 46' -10 "W, 617.12 feet, along the south line of said N %.S %2NW %4S W%4, to a point;
thence N00 08' -19 "W, 118.60 feet, to a point at the southeast corner of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 40 of Photostatic Records on page 476;
thence continuing NO0 08' -19 "W 213.08 feet, along the east line of said tract, to a point on the
north line of said S %2NW %SW' /4;
thence S88 38' -42 "E, 617.48 feet, along said north line, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 4.69 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW% of Section 19, T32N Ri 18W,
being N00 12' -00 "W;
TOGETHER with an easement for the construction, maintenance and replacement of a sewer lint
over, under and across a strip of land twenty (20) feet in width with the southerly line described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly right -of -way line of U. S. Highway 89,
identical with the southwest corner of said tract in Book 458;
thence S88 "46' 10 "E, 646.29 feet, along the south line of said N 4S%NW%4SW' /4 to
the southwest point of the above described Parcel 1;
the northerly right -of -way line of the above described easement to be shortened or lengthened as
necessary to create a continuous easement with a minimum width of twenty (20) feet to meet the
easterly right -of -way line of said U. S. Highway 89 and the west boundary line of the above
described tract;
each "comer" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be tiled m the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;

each `point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
titled, "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY PARCEL DIVISION APPLICATION FOR WERNER LEE
