HomeMy WebLinkAbout957922QUITCLAIM DEED RECEIVED 2/3 /2011 at RECEIVING 957922 BOOK: 761 PAGE: 798 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY 000798 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Werner Lee Albrecht aka Lee Albrecht and Peggy Jean Albrecht aka Peggy Albrecht, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Werner Lee Albrecht and Peggy Jean Albrecht and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Lee and Peggy Albrecht Family Trust dated January 1, 2011, between Grantors and Trustees, Werner Lee Albrecht and Peggy Jean Albrecht, beneficiaries, of PO Box 828, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: A portion of the E1/2 of Lot 2, Block 26, City of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with water rights and improvements thereon, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said Lot; thence south 9 rods; thence west 10 rods to the west side of said lot; thence north 9 rods to the north boundary of said lot; thence east 10 rods to the point of beginning. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
