That part of Lot 3 of Block 3 of the Original Townsite of Afton, within Section 30, T32N
R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 151 of Photostatic Records on page 12 and all of that tract of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 756 of Photostatic Records on page 347, it being the
intent to redescribe the Wilkes property, as occupied, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of said Lot 3, N01 44' -50 "E, 112.00 feet, from
the southwest point thereof;
thence N01 44' -50 "E, 218.00 feet, along said west line to the northwest position of said
Lot 3;
thence S88 13' -24 "E, 174.89 feet, along the north line of said Lot 3, to a point at the
intersection of the northerly prolongation of an existing fence line;
thence S02 36' -45 "W, 218.02 feet, generally along said existing fence line, to a point at
the intersection of the easterly prolongation of the south line of said tract in Book 756;
thence N88 13' -24 "W, 171.60 feet, along said south line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.87 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the line between a mueller water cap at the
intersection of Second Avenue and Madison Street, and an Afton Town Boundary
monument at the intersection of First Avenue and Madison Street, being N01 45' -56 "E.
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate
details;
each "position" is a calculated position with no monument found or set;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT FOR MARC B. BARRUS AND
LINDA BARRUS AND G. NOHL SANDALL AND VICKEY M. SANDALL AND
JAXON W. WILKES WITHIN LOT 1, LOT 3 AND LOT 4 OF BLOCK 3 ORIGINAL
TOWNSITE OF AFTON WITHIN SECTION 30 T32N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING dated 11 October 2010, as revised.
