acting through its undersigned officer, does hereby make the following statement of facts:
1. That Western State Bank holds Mortgages with William J. Wiemann, recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 735 of Photostatic Records on page 374, and in Book 735 of
Photostatic Records on page 384, encumbering all of the property described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2 AMENDED 16
FILING IDENTICAL WITH LOT 110 OF ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2
AMENDED 15 FILING WITHIN THEWNW1 /4 SECTION 19 T37N R118W LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING dated 9 November 2010, as revised and recorded concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and the
implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar of said
plat had been signed.
