mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 13, 2005 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
October 18, 2005, at Reception No. 912913 in Book 601 at Page 581.

Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of The Bank of New York Mellon f /k/a The Bank of New York, as
Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass Through
Certificates Series FHAMS 2005 -FA10, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division
of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as
agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, acting under a
power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did
sell the hereinafter described real property on September 7, 2010, at 10:00
o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, The Bank of New York Mellon f /k /a The Bank of New
York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass
Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2005 -FA10, by First Horizon Home Loans, a
division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its
capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $102,000.00, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on September 7, 2010 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on September 7, 2010, at Reception No. 955343 in Book 753 at Page
228;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Bank of New York
Mellon f /k /a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates,
