Young and Kristine Young, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 1st Bank, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated November 1, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 6, 2007, at Reception No. 934669 in Book 678 at Page 18. 000067 The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. Assignment dated: July 8, 2010 Assignment recorded: July 21, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 954509 in Book 750 at Page 882 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on September 14, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $125,283.25, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on September 14, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 14, 2010, at Reception No. 955470 in Book 753 at Page 584; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 18, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- fficio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on 2011, at Reception No. q 6 7a(Q Y, in Book '1(O at Page (05 WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O.
