KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, .A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of February 19,
1999, made and executed by Raymond and Ellen Mullen Revocable Trust, Raymond El Mullen
and Ellen M. Mullen, Trustees, U/I/D July 23,1998, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley,
as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for
the payment of $90,000.00, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 26tth day of February,
1999, in book 426 PR of Mortgages, at Page 546 as document #856989 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank Of Star Valley has caused the Release 'of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this _t:v4,~/ day of

Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the fi'ee act and deed of said
corporation.
