Wright and Mary J. Wright as Joint Tenants County of Coliin, State of Texas, the GRANTEE, whose address is 4438 Santa Fe Lane McKJnney, TX 75070 WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.OO) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said GRANTEE, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situate in the County of Uncoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: LOT 349 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Uncoln Co~unty, Wyoming.
