SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
CORPORATION OF THE PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS
CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, a Utah corporation sole, who erroneously took title as
CORPORATION OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, a
Utah corporation sole, Grantor, of Salt Lake County, and State of Utah, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS, only against acts of itself and none
other or against all claiming by, through or under it, to LAWRENCE GRINDSTAFF and VICKIE
L0U GRINDSTAFF, husband and wife, tenants by entirety, Grantee, whose address is 222
Burton Lane Afton, Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Part of Section 1.9, T32N, Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 925 feet West of the Center of said Section 19 and running thence
South 264 feet; thence West 155 feet; thence North 264 feet; thence East 165 feet to the
point of beginning.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent,
current taxes and assessments, reservations, easements, rights of way,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, zoning matters, liens, and encumbrances and
all other matters of-record or enforceable in law or equity.
The Grantor specifically reserves all minerals, coal, carbons, hydrocarbons, oil,
gas, chemical elements and compounds, whether in solid, liquid or gaseous
form, and all s~eam and other forms of thermal cner~: on,' in er u~der the
above-described land provided that Grantor does not reserve.the right to use
the subject property or extract minerals or other substances from the subject
property above a depth of 500 feet, nor does Grantor reserve the right to use the
surface of the subject property in connection with the rights reserved herein.
Grantor quit claims water rights appurtenant to or used upon the above-described property
including, but not limited to Well No. UW39732. :
Grantor quit-claims without warranty all personal items currently on site.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto subscribed its name and affixed
its corporate seal, by its Authorized Agent, this 24th day of October, 2001.

personally known to me to be the Authorized Agent of the CORPORATION OF THE
PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS,
a Utah corporation sole, who acknowledged to me that he signed the foregoing instrument as
Authorized Agent for said corporation, that the seal impressed on the within instrument is the seal
of said corporation, and the said Terry F. Rudd acknowledged to me that the said corporation
executed the same.
