Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 16,
2008 executed Kenneth L. Bazemore and Kathryn M. Bazemore, Husband and Wife a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
346,515.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 20th day of June 2008 in Book 698 of
Mortgages, at Page 26 as document 939957 and pertaining to the following described real estate
in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
