Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of February
6, 2008 and executed by LAMONT ROBERSON AND GENA ROBERSON HUSBAND AND
WIFE mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $80,000.00 which mortgage was
re- recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 13 day of February 2008, in Book 686 of Mortgages, at Page 511
as document 936903 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its Cashier and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 7` day of February,
