WYOMING, THE METES AND BOUNDS BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE CENTER LINE OF THE 60 FEET WIDE NON EXCLUSIVE
RIGHT -OF -WAY, AS REFERRED TO IN THE DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 170PR ON PAGE
548, WITH SAID OFFICE, SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING 31.15 FEET SOUTH 18 °22'48"
EAST FROM THE LLOYD B. BAKER PE /LS 698, 1994 LOCATION FOR THE NORTHWEST

CENTER LINE, 410.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 °35'06" WEST, 574.81 FEET; THENCE
NORTH 83 °40'20" WEST 413.18 FEET TO A POINT IN THE WEST LINE OF SAID MOON
PROPERTY; THENCE NORTH 0 °42'14" EAST, ALONG SAID WEST LINE, 523.48 FEET, TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on September 14, 2010, and the Certificate
of Sale was filed on September 14, 2010, at Reception No. 955473 in Book 753
at Page 598 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
