SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, DonDee Louis Aullman, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 1st Bank, as
mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated July 24, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on July 30, 2007, at Reception No. 931711 in Book
667 at Page 321.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P.

Assignment recorded: July 21, 2010
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 954508 in Book 750 at Page

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on September 14, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. "Successful
Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real
property in the sum of $339,194.16, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on September 14, 2010 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on September 14, 2010, at Reception No. 955473 in Book 753 at
Page 598;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 18, 2011 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on Fete, Fi 2011, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with

656 with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming within the Southeast Quarter of
Section 26, Township 34 North Range 119 West of the 6 th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Center Line of the 60 feet wide Non Exclusive Right -of -way, as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 170PR on Page 548, with said Office, said POINT OF
BEGINNING, being 31.15 feet South 18 °22'48" East from the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1994
location for the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter;
