VALOY,S. PORTER, a single person, grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to LAYNE S. PORTER, grantee, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real. estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
See attached EXHIBIT "A"
Together with all water rights, mineral fights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way o£reeord or in use.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 72 of
Photostatic Records on page 187, described as follows:'
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said NW¼NE¼;
thence N89°-55'-14"W, 554.50 feet to a point;
thence S00°-I 1'-42"E, 628.82 feet, parallel with the east line of said NW¼NE¼, to a point
on the north line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 269 of Photostatic Records
on page 340;
thence S89°-56'-15"E, 554.50 feet, along said north line, to a brass cap on the east line of
said NW¼NE¼;
thence N00°-lI'-42"W, 628.66 feet, along said east line,, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 8.00 acres, more or less;

RESERVING unto the Grantor, her heirs, successors and assigns a right of ingress and
