KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That for the sum of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CHARLOTTE M. CARLISLE, sole Trustee of the CHARLOTTE M.
CARLISLE LIVING TRUST, dated May 18, 2000, as Grantor, hereby grants, conveys and
wa~ants unto WAYNE J. CARLISLE, of 2416 Avalon Road, Billings, MT 59102, his
successors in interest and assigns, as Grantee, a non-exclusive pecetual easement for the
pu¢ose of ingress and egress and for the pu¢ose of constructing, reconstructing,
maintaining, repairing, and replacing a roadway on, over and across the real property
described as fbllows:
The northerly 40 feet of the NE1/4SW¼ west of the centerline of the Duthie
Road and also being.the westerly 40 feet of said NE¼SWIA of Section 8 of the
Resurvey of Township 21 North, Range 115 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
The above-described access easement shall be for the benefit of all that certain real
property of the Grantee now owned or hereafter acquired in the W½SW¼ of Section 8,
Resurvey of Township 21 North, Range 115 West, of the 6t~ P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemPtion
laws of the State of Wyoming.
