That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 29tn day of May , 19_ 94 , made and executed by
~ Gweneth Mar Burns aka Gwen Burns AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE
VALLEY, INC.; a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $ 7,200.00 Dollars therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded on the 8th day of_ September. , 1994, in Book 357 PR
Page ~ Number 789461 of the OfficialRecords of Lincoln CoUnty, State of Wyoming,
and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 106 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released
and discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and
quitclaim unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
