ALSO, Unit 2 -2 of The Condos at Valli -Vu Buildings, 1, 2, and 4 together with undivided interest in common elements in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium Covenants, Conditions, and restrictions recorded June 13, 2006, in Book 623 on page 93 and by the official plat filed on June 8, 2006, as Instrument No. 919175 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. ALSO, Unit 2 -4 of The Condos at Valli -Vu Buildings, 1, 2, and 4 together with undivided interest in common elements in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium Covenants, Conditions, and restrictions recorded June 13, 2006, in Book 623 on page 93 and by the official plat filed on June 8, 2006, as Instrument No. 919175 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Together with Golf Course Playing Privileges appurtenant to each condominium unit as stated in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Easements for the Estates at Valli -Vu recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 643 of Photostatic Records on page 98 and said playing Privileges (lifetime "doubles" pass per condominium) granted in Paragraph 13 of the Valli -Vu Golf Course Developers Agreement, dated 14 July, 2006 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 760 of Photostatic Records on page 830 receiving number 957674 recorded on 1/18/2011.
