KIRK L. SESSIONS and ELISE L. SESSIONS, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, 1495 County Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, GRANTORS, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed
unto THE BANK OF STAR VALLEY, a Wyoming Banking Corporation, P.O. Box 8007,
Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest property, possession, claim, and demand as they may have or ought to have in and to all
of the following described real property situated in Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said real
property being more particularly described as follows:
THAT PROPERTY described in the property description titled "DESCRIPTION
FOR THE BANK OF STAR VALLEY SESSIONS TRACT" dated 11 November
2010, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent
and to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights -of -way of sight and/or of record.

To -wit:
That part of the SE3/4SE3/4 of Section 33, T34N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it
being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 750 of Photostatic Records on page 198 as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said SE' /4SE%;
thence S00 37' -19 "E, 1266.81 feet, along the east line of said SE3/4SE3/4, to a point;
thence S89 51' -30 "W, 1039.00 feet, along a line parallel with and offset sixty (60) feet
from the south line of said SE3/4SE3/4, to a point;
thence N00 37' -19 "W, 1267.71 feet, along a line parallel with the east line of said
SE3/4SE3/4, to a point on the north line of said SE3/4SE3/4;
thence N89 54' -29 "E, 1039.03 feet, along said north line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 30.23 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SE' /4 of Section 33, T34N
R118W, being S89 51' -30 "W;

TOGETHER with that sixty (60) foot access and utility easement of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 570 of Photostatic Records on page 51; AND
TOGETHER with a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across a strip of
land sixty (60) feet in width, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast point of the above described Sessions Tract;
thence S00 37' -19 "E, 60.00 feet, along the east line of said SE3/4SE3/4, to the
southeast corner thereof;
thence S89 51' -30 "W, 1039.00 feet, along the south line of said SE3/4SE3/4, to a point;
thence N00 37' -19 "W, 60.00 feet, along a line parallel with said east line, to the
southwest point of said Sessions Tract;
thence N89 51' -30 "E, 1039.00 feet, along the south line of said Sessions Tract, to
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
SUBJECT to the right of ingress, egress and utilities of record in said Office in Book 570
of Photostatic Records on page 53, identical with the north sixty (60) feet of the above
described Sessions Tract;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate
details;
