SESSIONS, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, 1495 County Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto THE BANK OF STAR VALLEY, a Wyoming Banking Corporation, P.O.
