This easement shall be for the purpose of ingress and egress for the 640 acres currently owned by Monticello Investors located in Sections 13, 14, 23 and 24 located in T26N, RI 19W, 6 Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming. It is also agreed between the parties that the easement is for agricultural purposes and one residential building. Should the Monticello property ever be subdivided, it is agreed that this easement must be renegotiated. This easement is for the benefit of the owners of the parcel to the west, currently owned by Monticello Investments LLC. Any error, which may be found in the legal below, shall be corrected to comply with the above stated purpose. The legal below describes the centerline of a thirty (30) foot wide ingress /egress easement beginning at the south boundary of the Mill Creek Grazing parcel described above and travels north and west to the west boundary of the Mill Creek Grazing parcel.
