THENCE LEAVING THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE COUNTY ROAD, WEST A DISTANCE OF 1085 FEET, MORE OR LESS
TO THE SUBDIVISION LINE;
THENCE NORTH 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PART OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND LYING SOUTHWESTERLY OF THE BITTER
CREEK COUNTY ROAD NO. 12 -140:
BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS 64 RODS EAST FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE' /4SE1/4 OF SECTION
15, T31N R119W OF THE 6TH P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AND RUNNING THENCE EAST 16 RODS;
THENCE SOUTH 10 RODS;
THENCE WEST 16 RODS;
THENCE NORTH 10 RODS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
